About the project

polska.exchange helps you find an exchange office in Poland where you can exchange crypto in person, and check its address, opening hours and contacts before you go.

We are a directory, not an exchange: we do not accept money or crypto, do not carry out exchanges and take no part in transactions between you and an exchange office.

What the directory contains

Each listing has the address, opening hours, phone number, website, coins and payment methods, where we know them. Before you go, call the office and check the rate, commission, limits and whether it has the amount you need.

Where the information comes from

We find exchange offices through open sources: company websites and pages, public registers, maps and directories. We do not copy reviews, ratings, photos or descriptions from maps.

How we collect and update data

  • We take the name, address, phone number and opening hours from maps, exchange websites and directories. If the office has an official website, we check the data against it.
  • Every listing shows where the data came from and when it was checked. If something is missing, the listing says so and suggests asking the exchange.
  • We show a licence only with a link to an official register. Until we have checked, we do not call an exchange office licensed.
  • An entry in the old Polish VASP register is not a MiCA licence, and we do not treat it as one.

The date on a listing is only the date the data was checked. It is not a recommendation or a guarantee that the office can be trusted.

Corrections and new exchange offices

Found a mistake? Send a link to the listing, the correct details and a source where they can be checked to hello@polska.exchange. You can also suggest a new exchange office at the same address, and an office’s owner can ask us to correct or remove its listing.

Paid placements

Right now nobody pays for a place in the directory, and money does not affect the order of listings. If paid placements appear, we will label them as advertising. Payment will not mean that we vouch for the exchange office.

Current version

The directory is still growing. For now it covers offices in a few cities, most of them in Warsaw and Kraków. Some listings have no coin list or opening hours; there the listing suggests checking with the exchange.
