Terms of use

These terms apply to the polska.exchange website. By using the site, you agree to comply with them and with applicable law.

2. What the directory does

polska.exchange publishes reference information about physical crypto exchange offices in Poland. The site does not accept money or crypto-assets, does not open accounts, does not carry out exchanges, does not hold funds and does not act as an intermediary or a financial adviser.

3. Checking the terms of a transaction

Addresses, contacts and opening hours may change. Rates, commissions, limits and currency availability depend on the organisation you choose and on the time of the exchange. Before travelling and handing over funds, check everything directly with the exchange office. The decision to make a transaction is yours alone.

4. Dates and regulatory information

The date on a listing shows when the information was collected. It is not a recommendation, an assessment of reliability or a guarantee of service quality. Regulatory status is published only when there is a link to an official register. An entry in the former VASP register does not by itself mean that a MiCA authorisation exists.

5. Organisation listings

  • Being listed in the directory does not mean that the site owner endorses the organisation.
  • An organisation can confirm its data, suggest a correction or ask for information to be removed, if there is a basis for doing so.
  • You can send an error report or a complaint to hello@polska.exchange.
  • You can send a suggestion for a new listing to hello@polska.exchange.

6. Paid placements

At this stage, payment does not affect inclusion in the directory or the order of listings. If paid positions appear, they will be separated from ordinary results and marked as advertising or a sponsored placement. Payment does not override the data verification rules and is not a guarantee of the reliability of the organisation.

7. External websites

Links to websites, maps and social networks lead to independent services. They have their own rules and privacy policies. polska.exchange does not control their content and cannot promise that an external address will remain available or unchanged.

8. Site content

The texts, structure and design of the site are protected by applicable law. Trademarks and company names remain with their owners. Addresses and other factual information are taken from open sources. You must not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or misleads other people.

9. Availability and liability

We try to keep the directory working and to correct confirmed errors. However, uninterrupted availability of the site and full accuracy of every entry are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is responsible only for its own actions, and not for the decisions and services of independent exchange offices.

10. Changes to the terms

The current version is always on this page. If the rules change significantly, the date at the top of the document will be updated.
